The Sun is Always Setting in Philadelphia

Following yesterday's bit of excitement, I set out on my drive to Providence. I was walking out the front door of the hotel and a girl at the age of around 9 came up to me and politely asked, "Excuse me, do you work for Ghost Hunters?" She must have overheard me while I was checking out. "I certainly do," I replied. Her eyes immediately lit up and she proceeded to jump up and down giggling and saying "Oh my gosh, I love Ghost Hunters, its my favorite show!" Her mother quickly handed me a pad of paper and a pen.  Truthfully, I think I might have walked away slightly more excited about the interaction than the little girl( who now has a piece of Renaissance Hotel paper saying, "Lucy, All the Best, Charlie Dewey- Peekaboo!:-o"  I've never before been asked for my autograph, and I held my head high for the rest of the day.

Yesterday evening there was a very odd clustering of clouds to the west in a mostly clear sky.  It played tricks with the daylight so it seemed like the sun was setting for 3 hours which made for a fairly pleasant ride to Providence. I tried to get a good picture of the skyline in Philadelphia, but after I was nearly sideswiped by a tractor trailer I decided to keep my eyes on the road.
Other than some minor roadwork traffic in Connecticut it was pretty smooth sailing. Listened to some good tunes to pass the time:  My Morning Jacket, Pink Floyd, Mogwai, and some Derek and the Dominoes. For me the highlight of the playlist was a song called, "Crying Song" from Pink Floyd's album  More(1969). It portrays a very delicate side to Floyd that often goes overlooked. Here is a cool video that I found for the song(which pertains to recent events).

That’s all for now.
